Poor customer service.I withdrew cash from the Tesco cash machine outside the store. The note I got happened to be slightly ripped. Tesco staff and the manager refused to accept the note I pulled from their own cash machine.

Absolutely ridiculous, I have been getting sandwiches from here daily and i keep letting the manager know about the quality but nothings been done to sort this out and i am worried that theres no quality standards at this store. The sandwich is not expired but because it has been placed in such conditions it already feels soggy and out of date, This is becoming repetitive so i had to drop a review before someone gets extremely sick. It belongs to the bin.

It is a big surprise to me for seeing a lot of negative reviews on this Tesco. I have visited tens of Tescos in the UK and though not being excellent, this one is not really that bad? A mid-size Tesco with a good selection of items, simply convenient.

Tescos opens at 6am.. its 6:30am and I?m going to be late for my job , the worker who opens the shop I can see just sitting in his car past the opening times.. if he doesn?t take this job seriously I?m sure someone else would appreciate it more, now I?ll probably get the sack because of someone else?s laziness and now he?s finally come out of his car but because you need 2 people in the store he can?t let me in!! This is a joke ! He said the other workers running late so I?m literally going to be waiting an hour for a meal deal lol

Not organised at all. Had me waiting in a queue for 15 minutes to tell me they can?t send my parcel and I?ll have to go the other Tesco because they?re out of blue slips!! Do better!

Staff are very rude in this store and take personal calls whilst on the shop floor, blocking customers from looking at shelves. Apparently it's acceptable to be on the receiving end of the staffs teeth kissing as well as being spoken about with their colleagues - all because you say 'excuse me'. Honestly aweful customer service. They also never have plant based food anymore so thankfully won't go back to encounter more rude behaviour

Brilliant store, fantastic customer service, well trained and courteous staff who are always happy and willing to help. Actually saw one of the staff, a young lady Mary helping an elderly woman with her shopping to the bus stop and making sure she got on the bus as well. Top stars ?
