Pleasant staff and well stocked shelves.Always a huge selection of vegetarian foods for me, unlike other supermarkets.Good parking and toilet facilities, of which are always clean.

This is probably the worst Tesco in Birmingham big shop massive building but very small number of choice close early. Although the appointed time it says on Google but sometimes they would just close the shop earlier than the time advertised. I?ve never seen from any Tesco branch they do that The lady was extremely rude find excuse that she needs to finish early. That?s why they?re closing, the counter early doesn?t make sense I?ve never seen from Tesco.

For the past 4 weeks I have not seen any 6 pt bottles of milk plus very rare lately to find large bottles of orange juice. I will certainly do my shopping at aldi in future. Always plenty of stock there

I love this store. Its small but I always seem to get what I need, most times I seem to manage to buy things I don't need!! I find the staff friendly and helpful unlike other larger tescos.

Staff still need to go on customer care courses. Woman on the cigarette counter was borderline rude. This place hasn't improved much over the past 10 plus years. Stock frequently not on shelves either.

Lovely place to shop I'm disabled and find the staff very pleasant helpful and friendly and I go visiting daily you can get almost every thing needed 100 percent love tesco and staff at quinton base ttxxxxxxx
