Hugely expensive for a 'pub', as much you dress it up, that's all it is.

A very, very atmospheric place. During the week, around 12, there were a lot of people. It's better to book in advance. The food was tasty, I ordered classic fish and chips. A wide selection of whiskey and beer. Courteous service. Due to the large number of people, it was crowded inside. I can definitely recommend it. If I'm ever in the area, I'd love to visit this place again. I visited the premises on Friday, December 1, 2023.

Great night out had by all. Went to the theatre, what an interesting place. Very intimate, was unsure what to expect as it was in a pub. Would recommend and return. Great acting by all

Overlooking the Cathedral this pub is a find. A wonderfully ornate interior due in no small part to its other incarnation as a theatre. It's a Fullers pub with a couple of decent guest ales. Friendly staff and good pub food. Well worth the trip. Possibly my favourite Birmingham pub.

Lovely looking place inside. Plenty of seating. The food I had wasn't the best but was ok. Decent pint of neck oil!

Decidedly expensive for what is basically a pub, 20 quid for a G&T and a pint of ale..... ridiculous pricing but hey-ho you do these things as a consequence of having a good night out, first time in the place in about 7 years and it was ridiculously expensive back then.

London owner (fullers) charging London prices £7 a pint and £39 for a bottle of prosecco ! £15 for a double gin and mixer !! The lager was so bad it was sent back twice and the 3rd pint wasn't that good ! Frikin joke ! No cash, card only. Never will I step foot in this place again!! Avoid.

We went into this pub because our grandson was celebrating his 21st bday ? It was a Saturday, and we both thought it was overcrowded and too

Nice pub with a nice selection of drinks , ordered the braised ale pie for two and it was very disappointing. Hardly any meat and it was basically a bit of casserole surrounded by a bit of mash potato and was nothing like a pie . Cost £34 and we was both left still feeling hungry after . Seems like most people are just drinking and not really a pub for food .

Went with friends to a play. It was absolutely fantastic. We then grabbed a drink. The atmosphere was cosy, they are a lot of space.

It is a typical British pub with a dignified
