I was visited last week and I buyot one CK perfume, their one Asian young lady in shop she his very rude behavior, she served me same like I want free perfume, I have also The Perfume shop membership card, but I don't think come back Birmingham grand Central The perfume shop

Would really like to say a big thank you to the staff of the Perfume Shop, Grand Central. You was very generous with giving us, The Stonehouse Gang Youth Club samples for our mystery tour/scavenger hunt. The scents were lovely and you made our group very happy. THANK YOU

Judith was absolutely lovely and such a help- sorted me and my friend out amazingly.\\nHer customer service was absolutely excellent despite the store being so busy at one point. Judith provided me with so many samples and suggested a range of perfumes that fit my taste exactly. She also helped my friend and neither one of us felt rushed or felt like we were being a nuisance when asking her for help and suggestions etc. Very fantastic employee and would like to say thank you as she made our experience so enjoyable, making us feel like very valued customers. Will definitely return :)

Obviously the perfume collection is good. The service however is not good and this is not the first time.
I have been to this shop in the evening on 14th of November 2017. The lady was helpful but didn't care much. I received an important call when I was in the middle of shopping so I went out of the shop to take the call.
when I was back this guy was there to assist me. I though the lady didn't care, but this guy was the worst. I told him what I've been looking for straight away (2 perfumes) and then I was searching for another small gift set but this guy didn't want to wait for me like he want to finish the shift or something (I was the only customer in that shop). He just put the stuff through the system and straight to the bag. Then I saw him putting the stuff in to the bag and I said "sorry I want them gift wrapped as well please and need another gift bag as well". He just gift wrapped 1 item and put it into a gift bag, didn't even asked me what kind of bag I want, he decided to give me the higher priced bag for that size (already gone through the system. only £1.50, so decided to let it go) Then I said I want the other one rapped as well. Then I gave him the gift set to wrap and he was not happy.
Bought £58 worth stuff and he refused to take my Blue Light Card which offer me 10% discount, he cannot apply it for sale items. But the T&Cs for the offer says "Excludes gift cards, gift bags and Vivaboxes, Valid identification of either a Blue Light Card must be produced to receive discount." I did't argue with him as I thought he was telling the truth. Only got to know that I've been deceived this morning. So decided to write this review.
This shop needs to go through a customer care training again because they are paid to do it. If you are not happy with your job find another or at lease try to act like you care.

Love this boutique. All of my perfumes are from here. The only downfall is that they don't sell Tom Ford.
