Not smiley team as usual, but worst of all, I wanted to collect an online order and find the shop was already closed at 5:28 and didn?t want to open for the order. I don?t think collecting a parcel will take more than 1 minute, but no worries at all as I am going to order from another brand and never order from this one again.

Great customer service today (30/12/22 4.30pm)My husband called to see if they had an Aston Villa annual in stock. Spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed they did and she agreed to keep it behind the till for me to collect. I got there about 20 minutes later and collected the annual from the polite man behind the time. Thank you team for being so helpful!

I have ordered from the website they have taken the money and I have not received an order number and have not been able to get hold of anyone through phone or email it?s been nearly a month after the website has stated it takes 5-6 working days and still received anything?

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Always seems to be a good vibe in the shop amongst staff and always doing something to promote sales. Very well organized shop. They do well considering the customers they get to keep a smile on there faces all day.
