Tuesday 12th SeptI went in on my training day this person teach me how too used computer I made many mistakes and this person doesn't know what too do, the team leader I don't know her name dark brown hair wearing the glasses I told her to help me and she said sorry I am busy she is so rude this is why I take my time do really slow second day I came back and I lefted.

Paulina is unfit in a leading position! The Works really need to deal with this. She is clearly discriminating the staff and has breached all policies with my son. She tried to bully him and then trampled on his toe!!!! My son was decent enough not to react. She threatened him and showed unprofessionalism. It was his 2nd day. I did not allow him to go back and would like to know how the company are dealing with this incident. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

They kick you out for no reason I just started and they wanted me to hit the targets and I was trying my best to Reach my targets as I am new and it takes time after a week I get call saying you are kicked out for not reaching targets they did this too 10 more ppl aswelll female manger is very racists avoid this place at all cost

Great team to work with very clean building well paid, staff is looked after. very few people do not respect products but that more to do with agency staff overall good building and company but night time security on checking staff is terrible

Unless company allows bullying of disabled staff to unpunished yet punishment for the person who stuck up for the disable person the broke law with final wage slip will be going CAB and tribunal if necessary.

They send you a request to review your purchase. When they don't like it, they write to you tell you it's been Moderated. I'd like to see them moderate a Google review. Long and short, we ordered something from them, 2 weeks later it has still not arrived, I called them to enquire and the customer service people tried to spin me a yarn and tell me Royal Mail deliveries take 2 weeks. They refused to cancel or refund the order until I threatened them with a small claims court order. A refund was promptly issued with no message of apology or instructions what to do should the goods eventually make it's way to me from what seems to be China

Love this shop. Have recently taken up crafting and you will get ANYTHING you want or need for it. Have some great games/board games at great discount prices. Like two for around £10. They do all sorts of books fiction /crime/cookery /biographies /colouring books for both children and adults. This is to name but a very few. Also great stationery and diaries. Wrapping paper /sticker books /crafts for children. The list seems to go on forever. So if you need a gift you shouldn't need to go any further. Lovely helpful staff that can't do enough for you. Lovely bright and clean shop. If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would.
