“One of the best charity shops I have ever come across. Items are priced reasonable and mostly brilliant designer bargains to get hold of. Trainers and hats good too, unworn condition a few. Selection of items are one of the best I have seen. Little wear and tear. Staff are polite helpful and professional. Could not fault at all - 10 out of 10.”

“I go there to buy books at a cheap price. Why don't I go the library? My reading speed isn't what it used to be, so I buy a book from Oxfam, you bet your arse it will still be unread a month from now. Also, it helps a charity; you really can't go wrong there.”

“Been shopping here from 2017 and always meet lovely friendly helpful staff. Lots of good quality items and I always leave with more than I went in for. Lots of bargains. Many items brand new. Only had an issue with one item and it was easily exchanged and I was very happy with the result.”

“I give endlessly to this lovely shop and buy too. I have never been greeted by anything less than a warm smile and attitude of whoever is volunteering there at the time.I just don’t get the poor rating. These people are volunteers, so please don’t pure them down after 1 bad encounter. Be Kind!”

“I'm a big lover of charity shops and this has to be my favourite it is a small shop so not alot of space to look around whilst there's other customers but it has the most amazing items that you don't see in other charity shops. They have alot of old items vintage antique quirky stuff. You find some gems here and the prices are very reasonable. I love coming here when they're open but I wish they were open most days of the week. Friendly staff also.”

“While some of their rare collectible books are overpriced, Oxfam Books & Music in Harborne is the best charity shop I have used for secondhand books. I have found some fabulous well-priced books in there. The staff are lovely. Always polite, friendly and helpful.”

“I'm giving this 5 stars to counter the utterly ridiculous 1* review. The fact this person feels there are too many charity shops shouldn't reflect on the charity and the shop itself.”

“Super friendly staff!! The manager was lovely as were the 2 volunteers. Doesn't feel like your typical Cancer Research shop which I enjoyed. Pricing seemed a little inconsistent at times but there were still lots of great items at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit”

“My girlfriend donated some books/DVDs and CD's, and the staff were really grateful for the donation, so it was great knowing that it was all going in to good hands and would be well looked after whilst in the shop. The shop is really well stocked with plenty of choice, and really well managed with people who look like they enjoy working there. The only snag is finding a parking place on the high street, so best to get there first thing in morning whilst there are still places to unload anything you have to donate from your car !”
