I popped in there the other day the Girl on the front desk was very helpful I think her name was Shaharna she had excellant customer service skills and helped me find what I was looking for I was appreciative that I was helped in such a posotive and professional manner they have the right people at the front desk representing a great buisness toolstation I wish you every success for your future thank you!

I gave 2 star for the reason, they have everything you need for whatever jobs you need to do, but customer service is very lousy, if they say that they haven't got what you need but they can order it in for you.And they will send you a text when it arrives, don't believe them because there's no correspondence from them, you would have to keep chasing them up.Bad experience

Needed some metal strip ties, I was quoted £1 per strip from a car parts shop on Slade rd, however you get 100 strips for £11 at this outlet, great price,great service
