We booked for 7 nights. The room was spacious but the bathroom had a pungent smell of urine. We asked them to change the room or to clean the bathroom. They said we couldn?t smell a bad pungent urine odour. After asking multiple times , we were like what is this behaviour. Then at night , the radiator was set to low temperature and we tried to set it at 24 degrees. As our room was very cold and we had a toddler with us. We asked them to unlock the radiator and they told us they can?t because of their certain reasons.Toddler caught cold at night and then we had to checkout the very next day.We are asking to Refund us for 6 nights even they can deduct but don?t know will we get our money back or not.Worst night- WiFi is not free. We have to pay extra to get it.Let?s hope for the best.

The parking to the plaza is private so you have to pay their charges, not regulated by Travelodge and no discount for guests either. It was £12 for 24 hours. There?s a lift that goes up to the plaza and then take a separate lift up to the Travelodge (that lift STANK, like unbearably! Mentioned it to the staff but nothing was done for the one night that we stayed there at least). The space was nest and clean, rooms were good. Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. It?s a 20min walk from the Mailbox so great location.Nearby activities: It?s literally inside the broadway plaza that has activities like hollywood bowl, odeon cinema and food places as well.

Worst budget hotel Ive ever stayed in, regardless of the many countries where I also stayed in a budget hotel. You can definitely see thay management have no interest in providing trained staff who actually understand that they are paid to work, not ignore customers. Staff are rude, lazy and loud.Walkability: Everything with in easy reach within 5 minutes.Noteworthy details: Noting that the hotel itself offers. Only the lication to downtiwn is good.

Great location and base to explore Birmingham, just on the outside of the clean air ulez zone.Easy and generous parking. With a lifesaving subway sandwich station on the doorstep.

Currently sitting in the dining area because all the keys have stopped working, and no one is here to help because they've all gone on break at the same time. They've left an emergency number up on the desk and left the emergency phone on the bar so no one can answer it.Offered free drinks for my girlfriend graduating so that's nice, but it doesn't make up for the staff potentially causing issues if someone had a medical necessity and couldn't get back to their room. The cook in the evening, Jeffrey, is a good person to have a chat to without the pressure of being a bother, he was under strain to get things done and cooked another pizza to make things right for us.Also found a new favourite vodka for my girlfriend. Thank you.

We stayed here due to a concert nearby (walking distance). First impressions was very good. The service was okay and the workers were nice. When we got to the room, there was a horrible smell lingering in the bathroom area and seemed like it hadn?t been cleaned for a week. The smell lingered the whole time we stayed. The plug in the bath was dirty and so was the bath itself. I used the hand wash and as I pressed it, it fell off the wall. Also, the radiator in the room was so loud which kept us awake and it kept flashing throughout the night. I had one of the worst nights sleep I?ve ever had in a hotel. You also had to pay for the WiFi which is disappointing so had to waste my 4G throughout my stay (which barely worked). I will not be staying here again and I do not recommend this place for anyone.

Been here 2 separate nights a week apart as work booked me here. 2 poor nights. The rooms are all in need of repair as damaged and chipped furniture and fittings.Party in the lobby so I had shouting and music until late on and woke up to no water in the rooms what so ever, no hot or cold. The front desk just said they were working on it. No apologies or timescale or anything.I can honestly say I hate this hotel

Excellent stay, room was clean and tidy, good location but the one thing that made it five star was the young lady who was on reception who was a credit to the company. If I was to stay in Birmingham again I would definitely stay here again. Qavali on Broad Street was the best curry I have ever had.

Soon as we came in to the hotel we was greeted with a big smile and made welcomed by your receptionist faiyaz. He was helpful with making sure our room was the cleanest and most comfortable in the hotel even though we had booked it for tomorrow he helped us update our mistake and make sure it was fixed to a high standerd.
