Great place to stay. Rooms are always clean and tidy. Plenty to do near by.

When we checked in yesterday we had the most wonderful member of staff. So friendly and kind. I can?t remember her name, but I hope shifts can be checked (evening 7th March) so she?s rewarded for her service. Just a lovely, chatty, warm lady.Unfortunately today we encountered a different member of staff who was absolutely awful. We had food delivered and asked if they had any cutlery we could borrow at reception. She told us no, and even though she knew we were already booked in and showed her our key card, she accused us of not paying for the dogs (we had) and was incredibly rude. She wouldn?t let us leave and demanded we tell her our room number and name, and when she realised we had paid she just said ?okay bye? without any apology. We weren?t checking in, and were just asking a question. So hostile, shocking and rude. Absolutely horrible service and the people queueing behind us also seemed shocked. I hope you can also check to see who was working this shift (about 5pm on the 8th March) and teach them how to appropriately interact with customers.

It's OK I've stayed in better more comfortable travel lodges. So this one perhaps needs updating view from window was brownfield wasteland general area is a bit run down but regeneration project is ongoing. There is room for improvement but its passable. Wetherspoons a mile up the road is nice and cheap. The staff on the hotel reception were friendly and helpful.

Lift was out of service and a lot of stairs with luggage to a high floor. Room was huge though, possibly largest Travelodge room I've ever stayed in.

Ruined by a lady named ruta. Asked her for our room number as well as alte check out. Apparently people were smoking so we are not allowed a late checkout. Asked for our room number, she simply walked away. NEVER

This is a nice hotel and was convenient for my one night stay but there were a couple negatives which I have fed back to the hotel. It wouldn?t stop me from staying there again for one night.

Absolutely appalling, there appears to be one member of staff who is absent from the so called reception for long periods of time. You can't enter the building until the 'receptionist' answers the intercom we were waiting for 15/20 mins tired after a horrendous journey at nearly midnight and finding out we had to drive through the ULEZ zone bumping the cost up already. When we finally got in and into our room it was even more disappointing, the bed was double not king, really uncomfortable and the room was tiny with no bath. We visit travelodge a lot but would Never come to this one again. Absolutely shocking
