Had a delivery service on Wednesday from Andy, Minworth branch, what a lovely man. There were a few issues with neighbours parking and he patiently waited for me to sort it out, with no complaints and a continued smile. Andy was polite, friendly and did an amazing job, leaving the items on my drive neatly and safely. This is definitely the kind of customer service you want, especially so early in the morning. Andy, thank you for doing such a great job

Andy delivered me 4 packs of blocks. He was polite and friendly and put them exactly where I wanted them. As always with TP, great service!

Just had a delivery and can't thank Andy from minworth enough for his patience. It's raining and he had a difficult job with where to position the delivery with the awkwardness of the road and cars. Considering all this he was still very polite. Very happy with the service.
