Very helpful staff in this Kings Heath store. They always find me the best value for money, going the extra mile with their vast knowledge of lots of countries. I want to book a cruise & know where I will choose to book as they are experts in cruising, I know nothing.

Brilliant service from lorretta. When I went into the shop I wasn't sure where we wanted to go. By asking me a few questions about what i was looking for etc Loretta narrowd it down to a few amazing choices. Then we went through them. i happly decided where i was going and booked a fantastic holiday. She took all the stress from me as I was trying to find one on my own for weeks. Also thank you to the manager of the store who was great too.Definitely be back to book other holidays.

Iv rang shop few times with enquiries.Alice is the young lady who helped me this time , even made few suggestions regarding which hotels where nice in turkey for families . Nice to know when the tour operator has stayed there themselves. Alice was extremely polite and helpfull .can't wait for our hollidayThank you

Went in store to make payments and enquire about some changes on a very large booking. Layla dealt with this, she was very friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to and was able to assist with this.

I?ve been using this branch for many years and wouldn?t go anywhere else the customer service is second to none the staff are so helpful and friendly . I rang the store Yesterday looking for a last minute half term holiday(with quite a wishful thinking budget in mind)but Tina went above and beyond for us searching high and low and we came away extremely happy and more than satisfied with her service.It?s always been a pleasurable experience dealing with Tina Andrews , sometimes look forward to the booking of the holiday as much as actually going ??

I have to say I?ve had a great service in this travel agents. The staff are so effective and that?s why I always go back to book my cruise or holiday.
