Me & my friends popped into the store enquiring about an amendment to our holiday and I can happily say Nicole was an extreme help to our decision and made everything easier for us. Provided us with such great customer service and we left the shop feeling pleased.

We came into store over the weekend and had Ross help us choose our holiday. He was super helpful and so friendly and had a great sense of humour. We went into store not really knowing what we wanted as it was our first family holiday abroad with our 6 month old baby. Had a fantastic experience with the Travel Agent, Kashmir. She was very helpful with my other halves and I's first holiday together abroad, we had a smashing time whilst there and it's a memory we will forever cherish! I came in TUI New Street last week and booked our Honeymoon to Mexico next year with Ross Edge. He was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and informative and made everything so easy. I went in to the Tui store and got greeted by Sam who was so helpful when I was discussing travel money! She put me straight at ease, and suggested the travel money card as we got discussing about my future trips! She is such a credit to the company! Thank you Sam??
