I absolutely loved it here. Only knowing Wagamama by reputation as we don't have one in my neck of the woods, but travelling for work, I came across the place and so glad I did.On a gluten free diet, I was very well looked after and assured of the greatest care taken over the preparation of my meal.The good was delicious, and the ambience was vibrant.Thank you.Carol. Its probably the worst chef team in wagamama, the head chef left the team following their creative rather than the wagamama brand standard. Very poor mangment and service standards. Ots when you use kids instead of professionals. Wagamama took the discending path :'(

Hi there,Awesome service, the best in Birmingham. Mine and my beautiful wife's favourite restaurant in Birmingham.They treat us like a King and queen. Truly world class service. They are always a warm and friendly bunch. Great manager, Jack and wonderful staff.Me and my beautiful wife always get excited whenever we walk in. We go there 2-5 times a month.The food is so good. It really is top notch. Japanese food at its finest. Donburi, Banana katsu, tropical drink are definitely the best of the bunch.Hugely recommended for any occasion, from a casual day out to a romantic meal to a birthday celebration.Keep up the good work guys and as you now see you again soon. Food is good, and as expected for wagamama, although a couple of options were unavailable on the night.Service was quick and efficient, serving staff were friendly.

We visited in the mid afternoon. Place was still somewhat busy - but being seated and served was still prompt.Vegetarian options: I had the rice bowl - good serving, tasty and well spiced

Amazing food let down by some unattentive staff who don't pay attention to the customers. Greeting was warm, the food was 5* but the service when dining was not on point even though the place was half full. Stuff could do with paying more attention to customers for basic requests. Aside from this, kudos to the chefs who clearly are doing a great job.Parking: Parking is inside Bullring shopping centre. You have to exit on the ground level by Pizza Hut.

Great service and amazing food.The manager took my gluten free order, he did it in a way that showed me he was taking my dietary needs seriously, but didn't make me feel I was being a nuisance. The food was delicious also Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Great selection , a seperate menu, sticker used to alert all servers. felt safe to eat there.

Omg never seen anything like that before, my and my friend entered in the restaurant today and the guy started to call us a strangers and stuff i said why u given me this antisocial behavior, then he said to my friend to go out and by the door i said i write what's happened the other lady said u can write whatever you want.Honestly unbelievable how this kind of people can work in restaurant

Never had a bad time here. Always busy which adds to the atmosphere, been to the Brindley place one too and equally just as good!
