Returned an item I had bought the previous day that I had part paid with nectar points. I was told that I would have to accept a man Argos gift card in lieu of my nectar points! I rarely buy anything from Argos and told the manager I would like my nectar points back but was refused?Beware using nectar points at Argos!

Ordered online a paddling pool for grandchildren this morning at 10. Had email it was ready right away. Walked down to argos(sains)and it was ready. Was back home & paddling pool up at 11. Thankyou argos

Well I won't be coming here again I brought a bush tv dvd combi Sunday I had to bring it back this morning the dvd was really nosey the staff wouldn't change it for another one thay said there wasn't any falt thay didn't even test it so how will thay know staff wasn't very helpful worst customer service luckily I changed it at the merry hill branch

Terrible customer service by the manager and a member of staff. My husband ordered items using his argos card. Between this time and collecting the items he lost the card out of his wallet. He rang argos customer services and they cancelled the card but was told to take id to the store and proof of account and transaction and he could collect the items. We went to the store explained and showed everything argos had told us to show. All the proof was there. The manager refused to give my husband his items without showing the argos card and then went on to accuse him of being a fraud! I work on retail myself and I wouldn't dream of behaving this way with a customer. A solution could of been found or a call to argos could of been made at the time of service. Will never be ordering stuff to there again.

Staff members are aware of their clients. Store it's small with family atmosphere. 4stars isn't enough but 5stars it's too much. :)

0 Stars, I have left here with the worst service I have ever received in a shop, oh and its impossible to complain to argos direct.I have attend store to exchange a faulty ring door bell, I had contacted argos head office regarding my the order on my account not showing, this was sorted and was told to track another item to exchange in store.I chose this store due to the ring door bell I required being in stock.now i had a transcript that explained this so i took this with me,I was greeted at the desk by this young chap who kept calling me "mate" i explained the situation, he could not care less, i showed him my transcript explaining all the info, again he just brushed this off, he then disappeared and another young girl came out, she told me to move aside, now the place was empty, I asked her what was going on and she said we are looking for your receipt(transcript explained this)Next the "Manager" came out she is the rudest person i have ever had to meet, she told me that my order number did not work and to contact h/o i kept explaining that i had done this and all the notes was on the transcript. she then said "do you want me to help you or what" I now had two members of staff ganging up at me being very intimidating.I walked away at this point and my partner had to call to sort the situation out, now I am type 1 diabetic and i was beginning to feel really unwell.If anyone from argos is reading this and cares, please contact me back as i would like to speak to some one regarding this,

We brought a tumble dryer today, 24/5, and my son kindly offered to collect it in a works van. They left it away from the van and when he asked for some help or even a trolley to wheel it himself he was given a very firm no. He could easily have done serious damage to his back. I?ve just tried to complain by calling the store three times and each time after a lot of faf, the voice says please hold then it cuts off. I tried calling Sainsbury?s and it asks you to say after the tone the reason for the call then it too cuts you off. Last time we use there

Collected my order and the staff were unfriendly, unprofessional and appeared bored. Didn't have the courtesy of acknowledging or even smiling at the customers. The staff need some serious customer training.

Never have I had the displeasure of dealing with such rude, cantankerous behaviour in my life. The staff at the Argos counter really need some customer service training as they act and speak like they just can't be bothered. Put me right off using argos. I'll go back to having deliveries by Amazon. I will boycott Argos and hopefully they will close this waste of space store and replace it with more Sainsbury's floor space, just how it used to be.
