Firstly I approached a blonde member of staff doing online shopping to ask for something I couldn't find myself and she replied so miserably and not even a smile, then I entered the self scan mistakenly at the wrong entry and completely open to anybody to just walk in and there were no signs either to say no entry, then a male member of staff snapped at me telling me to go to the other end. I work for a major supermarket and I certainly don't treat customers like those two treated me.

Terrible! Went to Customer desk with a newspaper, there was only one customer in front of us. 3 people behind the desk, the queue was growing, but the other 2 would not serve. We must of stood there 15 minutes, to pay for a paper, which took seconds. They need to put customers first, and serve them!!!

Appalling check-out arrangements. Avoid this store like the plague. Staff unhelpful..Mr Walters More ... Why do I feel this way about Asda Dudley . . . There are no check out tills open. Your options are queue up at the cigarette/alcohol/lottery counter. The alternative is to look for the machine that will accept your method of payment in:- card only or cash and card. Not easy to identify these because notices are sporting Christmas trimmings! Once again queues here. By the time you pay and get out, you feel stressed out. No wonder Lidl and Aldi are becoming more and more popular. Most supermarkets could take lessons from these supermarkets - they are organised. Check-out is smooth in them. Manager of Asda 'do something positive' for unhappy customers.

I can't fault the store itself, it's one of the staff in particular who always there when I'm shopping and all he does is moan because customers put things back in the wrong place, yesterday he was telling a colleague that he was going to ask security to have a look at the cctv to see who had left an empty packet on the shelves. Jobsworth or whatLet's hope he's not on security or there will be no customers.

My daughter placed an express delivery order £111,56 left a note for driver to call her before making delivery because they alway go to wrong block !! Well he didn?t call , took her order to another flat gave it to them and didn?t even ask or cheek it was there order ? she now has no money no food and asda has said she has to wait 5 days for a refund . The WORST customer experience I have ever had, particularly by the store manager! Avoid at all costs. Formal complaint raised. I will never be entering this store again and possibly any other Asda stores

Asda merry hill store. This was the worst shopping experience I have ever had. I wanted a make your own pizza on Saturday afternoon at 4pm to be told by the very rude member of staff that she wasn't making anymore as she was tiding up. Asked to speak to the manager who when she arrived was equally as rude and tried to justify why someone couldn't make a pizza. I asked for a number to complain to and she didn't know who or what I needed to do. Another colleague get their personal phone to check this. The number given didn't work so I was later accused of calling this staff member a liar!! Formal complaint raised but I'll never be entering this store again. Truly awful experience, avoid this store at all costs and go to Lidl instead

Sunday 15th paid for shopping at self checkout & was given a bank of ireland 5pound note went to customer service they called person i think was the store manager to be told they dont take them and machines dont take them dispense them it did they tried to look on cctv with security guard made me feel like a thief have your money boxes checked by secure company that delivery cash to store im not a fraudster
