I love the Nirvana and guns n roses etc clothing here for kids. Though it would be nice to be able to find it more easily.Quality of clothing is very good and there's always something a bit different than Primark or supermarket stuff which is great.Prices are higher than supermarkets but with the quality and different styles it is worth it if you're looking for something long lasting.

Used to buy a quite a lot from hsm but the style for women seems to be now aimed a younger market.

Always buy clothes for my children from here, and have had good customer service in the past. Although today is a different experience altogether. We used the self service check out, which was confusing , leaving the customer to identify and remove security tags (guessing if they had one or not)Staff seemed aggravated to be disturbed from asking for help. Really off putting ! What's happened to human communication? And customer service ?

Worst customer service I have ever seen Hand M Merrill West Midlands: My daughter needed to exchange clothes, as I tried to log into my account my phone died.I politely explained and asked if I could log on the store phone to pull out my receipt, the lady on the till asked if I know my password, I was like ooh no, don't know it by heart, so she said no u can't, but her attitude made me dought her as she was kind of laughing when we realised my phone died on me. So my daughter had no choice but to buy clothes that she needed, this time we asked for a paper receipt. To our surprise we returned the other clothes next day and when we asked whether we actually needed a password to get to my account on the store mobile, the lovely ladies said no. We were really shocked. She was just a mean person.

They don't seem to cater for the taller man these days. L and XL are the same length... quality has gone downhill, as has customer service. Finding a staff member was... interesting!!

Usually love the clothes for quality and prices. 3for2 WAS great for my youngest as they grow so fast, disgusted to find that tops that matched bottoms were 3x the price making the offer pointless.Disappointed H&M

Same shirts on rack had two different prices £20 and 28 pound I informed shop assistant and they charged me the lower price as multiple buy for wedding groomsmen very happy brilliant saving on 4 shirts

This is a really large shop that sells clothing for all ages. If you love designer names at great prices this place is definitely for you.

It's ok for cheap clothes but the changing 'rooms' are awful, just poorly draped curtains that are prone to random opening.Proper changing cubicles for adults please.
