So disappointed yet again - took day off work to wait for a special delivery from Royal Mail (guaranteed delivery before 1pm). Postman made no attempt to alert us (viewed on ring doorbell) he simply posted 2 letters through letterbox and went on his way. I don?t believe he even had a parcel !!! App stated delivery attempted and no one in- what a joke

Why on earth the service hours are so short.... Who has chance during a working week to collect a parcel between 8am and 2pmMost people start work at 8 and don't finish til 5/6pm

The post man at the desk was very friendly and got my parcel quickly. Plenty of parking. Check the opening hours though as theyve changed recently.

Always efficient and never have to wait more than a minute or 2. Could do with another couple of parking slots though...nearly all reserved for Higgs and sons solicitors.
