My MGZS had its 2nd Service on the 5th March 2024. I travel from Bromsgrove to get there, about (15) miles, but I think it is worth it.Waited while it was carried out, everything went as planned.Excellent Customer Service ?

Summit Garage is a 5 star dealership, took my ZS in today and Nick and his team went above and beyound all expectations to get it back to me within about 4 hours, ( credit to their technician Matt ), car drives like new again. I have always had nothing but a first class service from Summit Garage and wouldn't take my car anywhere else. This is my 2nd car I've bought from Summit Garage and I'm certain it won't be my last.

Excellent service again from Summit Garage. After purchasing a new MG from them in June 2022, it required a minor warranty repair and this was organised efficiently by Nick and the team at Summit. A pleasure to deal with and the coffee is good.

After visiting MG a few weeks ago, I couldn?t decide between the ZS or the HS. After lots of consideration I went for the HS. Lee was fantastic in helping me decide. He has been really knowledgeable in helping me.I?d definitely recommend MG ?

We visited Summit Garage in January 2020 as a plan to visit a few dealerships about buying a new car. I had in mind looking at the new MG ZS but kept an open mind about other equivalent makes and models. I have to say that the service we received from 'Will' was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and down-to-earth, had a good approach to customer service and was very friendly with a good sense of humour. No 'hard-sell' or 'sales patter'. Just straight forward, honest, and approachable. We were very impressed and needless to say actually didn't visit anywhere else. We would highly recommend Summit Garage and my dealings with the Owner and other Staff members was very positive. Incidentally, the MG ZS is excellent too. ?I took the car for its first annual service in January 2021 and I was again met with really efficient and helpful Staff. Very friendly and down to Earth people. ?Second annual service in 2022. What can I say? The Staff are so friendly and down to Earth. Would highly recommend. ?A further two visits, one last year for MOT and Service. Excellent courteous and friendly staff. Dropped me off at home and picked me up once the car was done. Very competitive prices.Most recent visit to change my excellent MG ZS for a new ZS after four years. Lee was brilliant, a top bloke who explained everything thoroughly and was really helpful. The new car is fantastic and I can't speak highly enough of the service I have always received from Summit Garage. Again, would highly recommend these guys. Excellent 5 stars, well deserved. Thank you.

My car radio had disconnected itself and wouldn?t reset. Popped into the garage on my way home and the amazing Lee & Pip came to my rescue & sorted it out within 15 mins! Do handy to have a garage on my work doorstep!
