Well I was happy with the the optician, professional and friendly service. Helped me get through the eye test smoothly. Other member of stuff who ordered my glasses for me was also ok just a little advice for him to speak a bit louder and more clearly. All in all positive experience, the only thing that was negative was the price of additional 3D eye scan, your competitors do it for a fracture of your price you should think of reducing it, and as money was paid for the scan service, possibly give a copy of the scan to the customer. It would be much appreciated.

Very friendly staff. Optician was fantastic and also explained the OCT test in great detail. Took her time and it never felt rushed. Excellent service.

I recently had my eyes tested at radford road branch. The service was incredible. The staff made me feel so comfortable and the equipment was advanced. I would highly recommend to all family and friends

Brilliant service, nice pleasant staff. Optician very good, and equipment up to date. I felt in very good hands. The store was very clean. The service that I received at Boots was 5 star and I have recommended this store to all of my family members. I would say the service that I received here was much better the Specsavers.

I've swapped branches today as I've had enough now. Today was the last straw, leaving me sitting outside the branch for 20-mins because no one had arrived to open up, so I ended up going home. They scheduled me in for 9.10am and I turned up at 9.05am. I at least expect the shop to be open. They are always running late. Their excuse "so-and-so lives in Birmingham and got stuck in traffic" - well set off earlier then unless you've not worked out yet where you live!!!! They said "we're here now so you can pop in today anytime" - as if I've got no work to do and just saunter around waiting for the shops to open! This is after they prescribed me the wrong lens this time and a previously-wasted trip. The last time I had my eyes checked, the optometrist was late, toddled in in a mini skirt and 4-inch heels more interested in her hair than my eyes - no apology. Late again because of traffic. The place is run badly and with a lack of care. Forgot to give me my prescription on paper last time so I emailed them for it and got an email back saying "here you go Miss Burke" :-) Read the screen love. It's not hard. My name is not Burke. And either no one rings you back or two people ring you back about the same thing. It's very amateurish. Also, getting parked is nigh-on impossible. I've decided to go to the one at Central Six instead.

Invariably late opening up the shop first thing (sitting in the car for 20 mins while someone opens up) or the optometrist is late turning up / behind schedule meaning I am late getting back to my work. Ordered me long distance instead of reading/laptop glasses so sent them back and reordered. No idea how that happened as I?ve been with them for a few years. Just find them tardy and a bit out of their depth at this branch.
