The chap behind the counter seems a bit dodgy. He scanned my 'BP me' card and kept the voucher that was printed out. I'd spent over £100 so he'll get a nice discount somewhere!It's my fault, I was too embarrassed to ask for it.As a follow up I went back a week later, spent the same amount and yet again he refused to give me my voucher citing a language barrier. The queue was a bit too long to make a fuss so that's another voucher he kept.

Vacuum no longer operating, assistant refused to provide refund. I would recommend to avoid this BP as they clearly no nothing about customer service.

I use this garage quite often. It's handy after shopping. The last two times I have been to the garage, paid in the shop there has been a very strong smell of someone smoking. Last Sat I asked why someone had smoked. The man behind the plastic screen said no one smoked. It absolutely reaked of fags. I could smell cigarettes on my clothes!!! This is not a one off. My partner has stopped off at the garage and he has smelt cigarettes too. Why?Needless to say, I am changing garages.

I Don't know how this garage is still exists? Very rude person on night shift 27th Dec. Pay first service is a joke, remindes me 2003 in Ukraine and Russia. When I asked for full tank he expects me to know exactly how many liters it will be. When I offered to leave my card and driving license I was told to move away in very aggressive way. Offering shop 24 hrs but doors are closed and you need to speak with staff through the glass without intercoms or even holes in glass. Next to busy road, joke. It is about time for management change. Thanks to Shell garage Staff on Ansty rd, who had no problem with my fueling my car to full and get it ready for very early morning trip. You should learn from them

Fully functional disabled loo here. Might be a bit tight for a #wheelchair user but useful if you are in a hurry. Asda is always cheaper for petrol. Has sweets and groceries. Costa coffee from a machine is good. ...
