I had the pleasure of taking tennis lessons with Kieran, and I can't express how grateful I am for the experience. Kieran's passion for the sport is contagious, and his expertise as a teacher is unmatched. He tailored each lesson to my skill level, providing personalised feedback and encouragement every step of the way. I highly recommend Kieran to anyone looking to get into tennis - ?

If you are focused on Tennis then the indoor courts are ok in the winter but the company won't pay to fix the outdoor lights so it's embarrasing to play in the local leagues. Other than that the gym is ok but not the best in the area and they don't really care about being premium. All the David Lloyd company care about is opening new clubs to grow their imaginary value.

This is advertised as a racket centre but the squash courts are a disgrace and David Lloyd partially accept there are issues but will not Formally admit it.Currently the heating has been condemned (or condemed as DL have it, see image) with a informal sign (no date of when it was taken out of action and no specific document number) and no updates of when it will be fixed. Temperatures in the squash hall have been down to 2 degrees. Lower than 10 degrees, is it allowed for an indoor leisure facility? It has been that cold that woman's hands have gone white and had to give up playing that day. After several weeks of highlighting issues (floor lifted in places by 20-40mm+) they have now taken court 2 out of action but have not communicated anything back to the members. They have had an informal discussion with some members on getting quotes to repair all the courts but require major funding from Head Office and then they need release a Schedule of works. Will this happen in 2024?Members have had to play elsewhere in actual squash clubs (Kenilworth etc) with adequate heating and temperatures at additional cost.Other Facilities: Men's showers always breaking and cold, sauna out of action on several occasions.I have emailed the team several times at Coventry and they are happy to discuss items on the phone and in person BUT will never respond with actual detailed information.Positive: Staff are excellent and very helpful including coaching staff:Gerry - Badminton, Kieran - Tennis, Andy - PT, Jon - Squash (external)It would be nice to get some head office feedback and for them to organise a formal update when the squash members are onsite.

Loved the tour of the club. Will definitely be trying out the hot water jacuzzi soonest

Really really could do with an update. Rusted metal on the steel frames in the jacuzzi. Sauna was not working today. Very busy today too. Jacuzzi needs to be bigger. Including steam room and sauna room.

Wouldn't have left any stars but there isn't an option for minus stars. Awful establishment that exists only to pick your pocket. They give you a lengthy introduction when you join but as with many companies! You only ever find how bad they are when your tied to a contract. Overused facilities and not enough equipment but overpriced and poorly run

When I first enquired about joining the club, the communication was immense and I was reassured that I would be joining a great health club with staff who really care about their members. 3 months into the membership, I am still waiting for a response as there have been some major errors on our account upon joining. My account has still not been linked to my hubby's account and we are paying more than we had originally agreed...supposedly we are meant to be on a family membership? I know that the reason 2 separate accounts were created were so that 2 different sales staff would get their separate bonuses! Really cheap way to do business when it is meant to be a prestigious club. I have sent numerous emails now, contacted them via my DL app and have even spoken to reception and the customer service on the live chat who have all informed I would get a response asap...this has been going on for weeks now and still no response from them...am appalled at the poor level of service received. I'm not one to leave 1 star reviews though I now feel this is the only way I have a chance to get a response from them? So unacceptable!!

Over crowded and over subscribed. Don?t bother joining unless you have the time to queue for equipment ?
