The staff here are extremely rude, specifically the lady called Ash/Ashley or whatever her name is. I highly suggest you either hire staff who are capable of delivering appropriate customer service or train your current staff to deliver properly; I don't care if they do not smile or whatever, my problem is the fact that your staff roll their eyes or they huff and puff when a customer asks for assistance and so forth. I work in retail and I have never rolled my eyes at a customer before, its disgusting and they find it highly amusing. When you queue up for a return, there are like three people as well as the cashier that are gathered around your returned item behind the tills like Hyenas sniggering and finding it amusing when the cashier is being rude, raising her voice or just being condescending. I think your staff need to be reminded of consumer rights! The staff are obnoxious and rude, not only have I experienced the rude staff several times but I have friends and co-workers (who have no knowledge that I have had your staff behave rudely with me) and they too have had bad experiences with your staff. Not only that but there is also data protection issues wherein you released my friends email to several people who she did not know yet you guys are incompetent in delivering good customer service and you ask for ten thousand different ID cards to pick up a parcel even though you don't protect your customers data yourselves, bloody hypocrites. SORT YOUR STAFF OUT!
