They Both went the extra mile to help me.Went to the Binley store yesterday to get two replacement tiles as the tile cutter I bought from screwfix completely destroyed my last two tiles I had from the same batch. The replacement tiles were slightly different colour which staff mentioned and let me compare, so I asked further questions and they offered and helped me try to fix the 2 tiles that had a curved wedge thanks to the Magnusson tile cutter.The end result was pretty good!
