The only nail salon in Coventry I?d recommend to anyone! I?ve been coming to Hollywood nails with my mom for a couple of years, after being disappointed with the service and treatment of other nail salons around the city. They are so nice, incredibly professional, and you?ll always leave with the perfect set of nails?

The staff is very rude and always shouting. They sigh and treat you badly when you ask about your nail design needing better finish. Their service is appalling and it?s my 2nd time going to get my nails repainted yet, it?s badly peeling off. Going there is nerve wreckingly stressful and they give off racist vibes. I?ll never be going back there again.UPDATED; I do not see an option to reply to your response to my initial review, and I would have gone to a new technician to get my nails repainted and moved on cos I did call you lot out for always shouting yesterday, however since you have responded in that tone and with lies, I will be back tomorrow for a refund to get my nails repainted elsewhere as I will not feel comfortable repainting my nails at your store considering it?s the 2nd time it?s peeling off and you actually didn?t care when your machine almost peeled off my nail line. Oh and hopefully you also pay for my parking and diesel spent commuting to get my nails done at your store 2ce now.

My regular nail salon, absolutely adore these place. Wonderful staff, family run business. Always very professional and work really hard to get a perfect result everytime. I recommend to all my friends. They are friendly and funny and always accommodating. Thank you all ????

Amazing place. Been a customer for 3 years along with my daughter too. Wouldn?t go anywhere else. Nails are immaculate the whole time until I get a new set. Friendly staff, always made to feel welcome and get the best treatment.
