Only two stars for the lady, she was very kind but apart from that I have no faith left in HSBC. There online team give you information which there branch team say absolutely wrong and untrue. Either one of them is wrong.

It was an outstanding support provided by Ms. Rakhee Desai during my visit to the Coventry HSBC bank. I been to bank as I have newly opened account and unable to access my online account, which put me through the lot difficulty in accessing my account and transacting online. She has provided her extended support during my visit to bank. She guided me through all the possibilities to achieve a solution to my issue. Unable to pay in to First Direct Accounts even though they are part of the HSBC Group, why update the bank cards to Mastercard if you aren't going to update the in branch cash in machines. Ended up having to make a deposit at the post office

If you don?t know that the branch isn?t open till 9.30, and closing at 15.30, why, no matter what time you call between those times are you put on hold which in my case was for 30 minutes before I hung up. Why don?t they tell you that they are closed.

Terrible store. Always long lines leading outside wrapping around the street no matter what time I come. Such a great feeling watching people get served in Halifax and Loyds bank immediately while i wait for 45 minuites outside in the cold. Deposit machines always broken. Shambles.None of the staff can be bothered to ask why people are even in the line. Just wait in line for 45 minuites regardless of your reason for being there. Had to ask the security guard for help.

Did have an issue due to miscommunication but they sorted it in end. Giving 3 stars due to the misunderstanding happening in the first place however, I really appreciate the rapid rectification.

About 2.5 years ago the bank stuff were more competent. Seems no one doesn't care to train them properly.In general I'm happy with this bank, but the new stuff need be trained properly!Thank you ????
