Unfortunately we have problems every week at the Holbrooks store. The self scan tills rarely work properly the staff stand around talking and not watching the tills. I left my shopping this week after putting it through the card machine didn't work.

It?s a decent place for shopping but didn?t have much verity as a large store thought it shows as a large store. Specially if you are planning to buy fish or seafood like you would do in any Morrison then think again they do not keep much verity of fish and seafood. You better Itali se your time and fuel to a different one.Rest is pretty much ok with this store as it has the normal stuff of daily routine. A convenient place if you are coming from Nuneaton and Bedworth borough council area.

Feel this store is going downhill. Staff need to be more professional and learn to stop falling out with each other within earshot of customers (this has happened on more than one occasion).The staff should make a store, the ones in this store are amongst the most unhappy miserable unhelpful ones I've ever come across. Freezer section is always quite empty. Tills always under manned.

Several shelves were empty or poorly stocked and some of the freezers were broken. This coupled with the fact that it's a small store meant I was unable to get several staple items.

I wouldn?t want to give one star. This store needs a complete revamp. Food isn?t the best. Frozen food completely defrosted and dripping. It?s a disgrace

Good place for shopping. Fresh vegetables are available. Free parking available. There is a photo booth available and you can print the pictures of your choice and there are many options like you can connect the phone via Bluetooth or use a usb stick etc and print pics at reasonable prices.
