This store is getting worse. More and more 'self service' check outs with very few staff supporting them. Some companies are starting to realise self service isn't always very popular. Having to wait ages for age verification checks, unexplained items in the bagging area and things that don't scan, that's just some of the reasons lots of customers hate them.

Plenty of nice produce, fresh and chilled and all displayed in the market style. Busy store with groceries, homeware and clothing.

It's a Morissons so more expensive than asda or tesco and definitely more expensive than lidl and aldi

Ok well, overall not too bad generally and sometimes staff really shine.In particular the young chap and the older lady who serve at the hot food counter.Also, staff at self service checkouts are usually helpful and obliging.A couple of general points and this applies to most supermarkets...When you can LOCATE a staff member & ask for assistance they will sometimes reply 'What's the problem?' rather than just 'How can I help?'Also, on occasion (if male) you might be addressed as 'mate', 'chief', 'chap' or 'pal' etc.Don't expect a 'sir' (though always nice) but PLEASE not the other titles.Honestly? - just irritating.UPDATE:(12/07/22)Got some great bargains there today PLUS delish breadcrumb chicken strips and (black pepper?) chips from hot food counter - served with a smileFURTHER UPDATE:(27/12/23)Have been reading other reviews and actually have to say agree that this shop has a rather dated, worn-out appearance AND can be rather smelly sometimes.Revamp required, management!!.

OH DEAR Morrisons!!! I used to shop with you 15 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else as you had everything. Nice clean spacious store, lovely bakery and salad bar. And the best little restaurant with keen prices. Pop in every few months to see if any improvement. But you just gets worse. Restaurant is a disaster with staff that couldn't care less. Second rate cold food. Look at all the unfinished food plates. Wake up Managers you should be ashamed.Prices around the store now make Sainsbury's and M & S look good. Company clearly lost the plot. And prefer to look after the shareholders than their staff and customers.

Awesome supermarket, we get white free range eggs. I haven't seen white eggs in any super market except Morrisons. In it's building, we get dry cleaning, key duplicates, rug doctor and much more options and good quality collections of many items.

Great location but this is one of their older premises and could do with a refurb as looking dated now. Great value and lots of items. Plenty of parking.

I have a problem with the meat department, beef joints are just labeled as that with no idea if it's top rump, sirloin or any other cut. Why!! Every other supermarket does.

Four of us met up for breakfast food was abysmal served on cold plates the cafe was cold from the Aircon we all sat to eat with our top coats on certainly will not be back or recommending .

I just loooove Morrisons! The wide range of products, different brands of the same products with different prices which offers you a chance to stay within your budget other than Morrisons just being affordable overall! Great location, easy to get to and helpful staff too.

Not enough manned checkouts its nearly all do it yourself. When it rains hard there is always a flood in the car park. It would appear its beyond there capabilities to put the problem right.
