The lady at the counter lied to ne about the cost of sending a letter saying it would cost £3 more than it actually does to send tracked, when I asked why it was so expensive she said it was the only option to send my item.

The two ladies were nice and helpful. I visited the branch for some complicated business related to posting a passport. The lady at the right nailed it within seconds, very professional and friendly. 5 stars

Very disappointed today I went to put money in this posto ffice the old Indian in the the post office she took money of me she didn't count the money infront of me but, she's turned her back on me then told me £10 has gone missing what a cheated.I hope money £10 you stolen from me you pay me back in next life and I hope this KARMA come back to you , and your family. very soon.You suppose to support customers, that past of your job services...but, you're cheating on your customer is completely wrong.!!!I wraning everyone who read my reviews just becareful this post office some scrum work in here will stolen your money this what just happened with me today...(VERY BAD EXPERIENCE EVER)Go somewhere else if you have choice.

What a great contrast from the helpful and friendly post office at Uni of Warwick!This post office offers bad customer service ? the lady who helped on my Amazon return claimed the Royal Mail QR code wasn?t working and said she couldn?t help with a very pushy and unfriendly attitude. Then I walked back to uni and tried again ? surprisingly it worked!

I don't understand why people complain the post office services. Like They are a postmaster. Rules and regulations, none of them can be changed. Explain the reason and consequence good enough in my a customer point of view.Yes! There are defects. As No one is perfect. Be kindness! Expecting server you as a king, expending hours for just solve your issue. Too much!! How about other customers?

Tried to use vehicle tax service, staff looked at me blankly and was very unhelpful, I tried to explain further what I needed after looking it up, was told they don't offer the service, then they tried to get the information from a driving license application form, before telling me they had ordered the form but it hadn't come. I was frustrated to say the least but the lady made no attempt to find out, was rude, walked off just pointing to the other lady and saying I should ask her. Ver unprofessional, very rude and probably shouldn't be a post office any more.

A prepaid parcel for BT handed in has gone missing.I asked for a receipt but was told they couldn't give. Perhaps the queue was too long and the staff was too stressed during lockdown. I was pushed to leave the parcel there and go away for the next customer.

** Beware of rude and unprofessional cashiers, who were caught in multiple lies **I can understand why someone would use the Post Office at 23 Cannon Park Centre because it?s convenient, but if you can go elsewhere, then I would suggest you do.This is the first time I?ve left a negative review on Google because I think people should beware of the Cannon Park Post Office. The cashier (who identified herself as ?Pawna?) lied and said I could not send my parcels tracked (but on the Post Office website it shows there was a tracked service available). Eventually, she agreed to send only one tracked, which does not make sense if she claimed that she could not send any of them that way.The cashier passively-aggressively said that we should ?be more organised? when we asked for fragile stickers before she reluctantly produced two stickers. The cashier showed me the parcel that we said was fragile and had a fragile sticker affixed to it, before violently throwing it into the basket with other items.She was visibly and verbally irritated as soon as we walked in, literally shouting ?You?re going to make me work harder than she did, aren?t you?!? in reference to the lady who had just transacted with the Post Office and left.The cashier kept shouting for us to use a different courier so we would pay less and have more insurance coverage. When we eventually agreed (after multiple verbal assaults to use a different service), she refused to return three of our parcels, saying that they had already been collected. That was despite her colleague saying that the collection timings were 10 am, 12 pm, and 4 pm (we had been to the post office close to 1 pm). The RoyalMail representative we ran into at 2:44 pm also said that there had been only one-afternoon collection, hours after we had left our items.The cashier withheld our Certificate of Posting and receipt of the transactions. We had to go back to the Post Office twice. First to get the Certificate, and second to get the receipt.If you must use the service, make sure you check the receipts they give you to ensure that you have evidence.

Took a Parcelforce Express parcel in here, it was an international delivery and it wasn't showing on their system very well. So, I left my phone number and the staff i spoke with said that they would call me if there were any issues. Really friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Staff were rude to my mother after being confronted about not sending off her important documents when they promised. As a result she may now loose a job opportunity!
