“We called in to the Post Office in Earlsdon on the 14th July to renew a driving license! The service was excellent and so easy to accomplish! The lovely lady behind the counter took the required photo and completed everything for my husband to sign! Very impressed! Well worth the 5 stars.”

Granted the small local post office doesn’t offer as many services as the bigger branches do, but for our Villagers and their Everyday needs they are Nothing short of fantastic and we are lucky to have them Xx”

“Quite a long walk from the Bustop. If coming on foot, after you drop at the Bustop, ensure you use google map and be sure not to miss the small footpath that takes you right to the huge facility. Very helpful receptionist. He helped me retrieve my elusive package in under 10mins”

“I've been going to this post office for many years. The counter staff are very helpful..curtious and friendly. I send many parcels to USA,and they are always helpful. I renewed my passport there a few months ago...so easy with them. Yes there is a line some days, but where isnt there on a busy day!! You can't blame the PO for that!! “Staff are nice and polite the only trouble I've seen are other customers stamping there feet cause they Carnot get there parcels,for one reason or another,shame as its hard to go any place now a days without seeing or hearing some people being rude to someone just trying to do there job”

Would be fab to have extra fresh produce from local farms/supplier out the front of the store with signage to show you are not just a post office. Keep up the great work guys :)”

“As part of my application for a provisional license, I needed to send my BRP to DVLA. When I arrived at the office, there was only one person there. He was very helpful and explained which service I should choose for sending important documents. Even though I made a mistake writing the address, the staff gave me a new special delivery envelope without hesitation. Despite negative reviews about this place, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service. Thank you to the man who helped me complete the process smoothly.”

“I have read the negative reviews of this post office with utter disbelief. I have NEVER been spoken to rudely, NEVER been ignored and NEVER been confronted with a surly attitude. Yes, there is often a longish queue but I have never seen the staff chit-chatting instead of serving customers. I was brought up to treat others as I would like them to treat me, and I have always found it a pleasure to do business with this post office.”

“Excellent Post Office and store... Exceptional Staff at every level... The *owners and family are superb and have been in the 34 years that I remember clearly and I’m sure that they were before... Staff that are not directly within * above, I have found them all to be very good and some exceptional (female member of staff. Jet black short hair is one of a number). I have no affiliation or connection to the Post Office and I hope that you consider that when read the reviews and make up your mind after. I would recommend that you read all of the other reviews written by anyone who has written a poor review here and then decide.”

I visit the shop daily for newspapers and other miscellaneous purchases and probably a couple of times a week for PO services as well..
