Store itself was fine but unfortunately a staff member named Julie had to go ruin the experience. She was very rude and aggressive, I believe it was a racial matter as there was two ocassions she went out of her way to be rude to us. I overheard her speaking to another lady in the next aisle and she was ever so polite, which confirmed my suspicion. Really disappointed. It's 2021, this shouldn't be a thing anymore. I urge management to give Julie some compulsory diversity training.

Would select no stars if possible. Customer Service is zero. I have an issue with my order. There is no email contact. I stayed on phone over half hour - no reply. I phoned nearest store - also no reply. I went out of my way to visit nearest store - cannot help as \\\"Office closed\\\". Appreciate there are Covid difficulties \\u0026 am prepared to wait for a reply - but the Range is set up to ensure contact is not possible. Head Office details very vague. Says Chris Dawson CEO is proud of his company \\u0026 wants to hear from customers. Not able to contact him either! Altogether a terrible experience-wonder if anyone from the Range will bother to read reviews?

I went into the store today to purchase a plant pot. Went to the till and the price was different to what was on the shelf. This was due to the staff moving items around for Christmas items. Please watch-out for the price tags as they are all over the place. Spoke to the manager who said he wasn't bothered this was the case and would not give honour the price on the shelf.

Found all the items i needed easily, lots of choice. Very clean and tidy inside the shop. Outside was a little scruffy with the bins been full but other than that very good.

In these challenging times it was nice to see friendly happy staff trying their best to make people?s shopping experience pleasant and safe. All staff wore face coverings and practiced social distancing as much as possible. I will definitely use and recommend the range

Honestly I don't think I could say anything bad about this store if I tried. The staff are wonderful whenever I have inquires or require help finding anything. Speaking of finding stuff, it always has what I am after, as well as many many other things I am not after but I'll buy anyway! I've discovered so many useful products here from varying price ranges, there really is something for everyone. If I could change anything, I'd move it closer to my house!

A fantastic store with everything you could possibly need. The store is extremely huge and has a garden centre at the back and an upstairs for more ranges. Checkout staff are pleasant. I haven't come across a bad apple which is always great. You could spend hours in there, it's that nice and welcoming.

Love this shop. Loads of halloween stuff currently available ð???. And Christmas is still over 14 weeks awayð??? but they have a whole floor upstairs with Christnas stuff they've started to put out! Good prices too. Will be back! ð???

You can find almost anything for the household. Surprising discounts every now and then. Cafe on the first floor with a wheelchair accessible lift. Lovely garden centre with lots of flowers.

Got some nice things, but the place needs redoing so many leeks. Staff are hit and miss some are helpful and others just cannot be bothered to help. So I would say if your not a people person why are you doing a job where you are there to help the customer. Much better training needed.
