What an awful service! Very poor customer service, an unexperienced staff and wrong advise!\\nI have been struggling just to switch to another number for almost a month, all that because one of their 3 staff member did a mistake in my account and they even didn't success to solve their fault!\\nBeing in the shop for many times, each visit for more than 1 hour , with my 3 babies to sort out this problem without had any positive result!\\nI can't wait for my contract to finish to switch to any other phone company !

Service at the coventry branch was excellent. would recommended Three to anyone. Kiran kindly helped me set up my new phone and copy my data over from the old phone, and nothing was too much trouble for her.

My husband recommended me to come to Three store in Coventry and speak to Kenya because she is very helpful. I have visited the store and I am really happy with the service I've got. The management team is always next in case anybody needs help and the advisors are very helpful. Thanks.

Have been in to shop on more than one occasion, sometimes a little too busy to help us with the most smallest of issues HOWEVER, if your lucky enough to find employeeJEEV working you have struck lucky!! he is polite, helpful \\u0026 very patient. He provides customer service by the bucket load and doesn't make you feel that you are an inconvenience, an asset to the company.

Kenya is fabulous, fantastic, good personality. She's a bleeding to this world. I felt really welcomed in the Coventry store, they always help me with everything but Kenya is my favourite.

Had a fantastic experience in three store, despite the fact the shop was very busy with big queues the staff did a fantastic job at progressing me through.\\n\\nOnce I was seen I had a very complicated issue that needed to be solved in store. The customer support assistant, Kiran, went above and beyond to make sure my query was dealt with properly and effectively (she was even working half an hour past when she was meant to go home). It was one of the best customer services experiences I have had and she helped me deal with a serious and complicated issue with my account, top marks!

I gave to the three network minimum stars because in the last 2 weeks they'r internet works really scrap. I pay £21 a month for unlimited data but that data is really really really slowly !!! Before was great. Now is like an 1.2 diesel engine ð???ð???ð???ð??? hopefully they will start having good data again . If not i will just go for another provider.
