Vile bunch of people. Was trying to close an account of a deceased family member, it was all very fresh and quite a traumatic death. Absolutely no help, advice or compassion. They were so rude, acting as if the money was theirs and not mine. Had to report them further to get any help. I was warned prior they weren't very nice in there but I thought surely they'd have an ounce of decency given my circumstances.

As others have said, the girl at the desk is an absolute ignorant joke. App always gives an error when trying to view direct debits, so I went to branch. She wanted to charge me £5 to print out a list of my DDs so I could show her which ones I wanted to cancel. When I queried this she more or less laughed out loud at me. Because of her, I'm switching to Barclays. She is damaging the TSB brand and shouldn't be representing them.

Extremely rude customer service, the two brown lady are the rudest people I?ve ever encountered at a bank. They really need to fix their attitude towards new customers thanks to them I closed my account. Absolutely horrible people there.

I had to come over to Coventry Branch as we have lost ours in Warwick due to closures.I had an appointment and was not kept waiting at all.The gentleman I was dealing with was very helpful explaining everything as he went due to it being Registering an LPA on my Mum's accounts.I was treated very well & cannot thank him enough for making the process easy.

I never normally leave reviews for anything but after the experience I had at this bank today I couldn?t not. I?m autistic and have trouble with social anxiety, the staff on the desk was so rude to me and was so condescending, she even went as far as to click her fingers at me. After being told to sit down another member of staff was also being rude to other customers and rolling there eyes at them. Left the bank feeling like I was going to cry and have feel like rubbish for the rest of the day.

Visited the branch today.. shocking and rude staff. Both ladies at the main desk (think one was called Gurjit or Diljit) was honestly the rudest woman i've ever come across in any business in my time. I visited two times today.. the first time to ask for advice on closing a joint account and was told to go away and come back with the other account holder.. learn to speak to your customers. I then went back to withdraw money and you would think I was asking the lady to withdraw money from her own personal account. SHOCKING AND RUDE... CONSIDER YOURSELF LUCKY I AM FORCED TO GIVE YOU EVEN ONE STAR RATING. I will be returning to the branch to close my account for good.

The branch manager here is pretty good . He talks a lot of sense , seems quite a reasonable chap. The rest of the staff also seem quite pleasant . I would suggest any dealings with this bank you try to do personally. Phone calls are a waste of time. Like most banks now they have lost the personal interaction. Most everything is done online . Even the phone lines to banks are manned by robots . You need that face to face conversation when dealing with aspects regarding your own money . So I would recommend you do that and pop along in person to this bank . I have found them quite good in this regard. Also the more we do this , the longer they have in employment here . As like many things. The balance of Artificial intelligence is tipping over.
