I've been going to this restaurant for a long time, I'm disappointed by the incompetent staff, the food is not as it used to be, plus you can see that the owner saves money, 0 investments or better food.

Having been a few times here and accepting They the food is poor quality but plentiful, we have an 11 year old that they tried to charge the full adult price of £20 for As he was 1.45 tall.As we were 3 adults and 4 children, they opted to lose £100 of takings (not including the takings on drinks and an ice sculpture) rather that charging a child price for an 11 year old child.

I recently visited this all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet for lunch on 28.02.24, costing £15. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very warm, and the lemon chicken was disappointingly stringy!. Additionally, the atmosphere was disrupted by the manager loudly reprimanding a staff member in the middle of the restaurant. Moreover, I ordered a cup of tea that came in a large teapot, but I was given only one small sugar sachet. When I requested a few more, I amusingly received just one additional sachet, leaving me unable to enjoy the rest of the tea. This added to the overall disappointment of the dining experience. Overall, the mediocre food quality and the disruptive atmosphere make it a place I wouldn't recommend.

Hadn't been for about 15 years. And was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. Really tastes food, with tonnes of choice. All tasted fresh and piping hot. Much nicer layout, with boothes which seat four people. You definitely need to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Would have liked a better selection of desserts. All the staff really helpfully and tables cleaned instantly.

The food is not as good as it used to be some years ago. Everything tastes tue same and there was less variety. The sushi bar was empty. I went in at on 14 February 2024.

The old lady on reception should be sacked she is rude and treats you like a criminal, The owner takes a lot of grief because his trying to run a business while trying to manage children, the staff are stupid they really are so uneducated and can?t run a bath, we had a twin birthday and at the end after we had eaten they brought out the 2 cakes which we paid for, we asked if we can take them home the stupid staff was like sorry you can only take one home, we had to go to the manager and complain for him to say of course you can take them home you brought them, they just all cause unnecessary stress at our expense the food was also rubbish, we been going there years and after todays experience we will never go back !
