My experience was great with Homescapes, ordering from them for the first time. Stunning hall runner. Came within 4 days Tracked48 ? the ordering was easy and straightforward too. It was packed in a clear bag, pretty normal for a rug. I bought the tan and black 66X200cm genuine leather runner. Lovely quality (especially for the price ?), appears way more expensive than what was paid, it's also true to pictures/description. I'm really impressed with my new runner, and it fits the space perfectly, completing the look of our newly decorated entrance hall. Due to the product's quality, and ease of buying/delivery, personally I'd recommend.

Called in twice with a query and some rude man hang up the phone not once but twice. I suggest you learn some manners or get someone who can answer the phone in a proffesional manner.

I waited at home all day to receive a delivery from Homescapes and their so called courier delivered it to the wrong address. If that wasn't bad enough, Homescapes refused to take any responsibility for the mixup and told me to collect the delivery myself.

Complained about an unusable foot stool due to its design being completely uncomfortable and rock hard. Customer services didn?t help in any way, just sent me a link to the returns process which I would have to pay for! Left either out of pocket or with a foot stool we can?t use?

Thoroughly disappointed with my purchases. Not at all as advertised. Quality far below what is expected from their ?hotel quality?. A 1 star hotel perhaps. I advise sticking to dunelm, much better quality. Duvet is almost unusable as the clumping is so bad. The sheets are in much worse condition than older sheets I own which have been used and washed much more. Very poor. Will not be purchasing from Homescapes in the future.

Brushed bedding I bought shrunk so much after one wash it barely fits on the bed. I have to pull it until it's beginning to tear. It also pills so much, it's like sleeping in a bed full of crumbs

They received my return 10 DAYS AGO and have been sitting on their thumbs apparently. Disgusting - I?ve never received such poor service before. I only returned it as the colour accuracy was so off - so don?t waste your time.

We purchased bedding all from the same range expecting the duvet cover, pillows and bottom sheet to match. It did not at all. The colour was completely different. We contacted the company, however, they were less than helpful and used 'must be from a different batch' as an excuse. Very unimpressed with the customer service. Two stars rather than one, as, if it had matched, we would have been pleased with the bedding. Would not buy again.

The ordering was great. Excited to have found a nice organic cotton blanket. This is very positive ended. Product arrived and the packing did not mention organic cotton anywhere. Doubtful I contact Homescapes and after a bit of back and forth it turns out that if you open the non organic cotton packaging then you find two labels on the inside. One says regular cotton and one organic cotton. What made it worse is that they say they have GOTS certification for their cotton but no labelling to be found. Product seems nice but just all a bit too weird.

Do not bother buying 1000TC bedding from this company that costs hundreds of pounds - in about a year it will develop scars and rips even if washed at 30 and never tumble dried. That's what happened to me twice! The 1st time they said it may have just been a poor quality batch and replaced everything. I went back again for more products years later and the same thing happened but now they're refusing to replace anything. My son has 800TC from another company that looks like new after 5 years. The claim on their website that this bedding will last "for years" is nonsense.
