Today I went to visit the place for the first time, while shopping I asked for a bag, the woman cashier asked for 5p for the bag but I didn't have cash I wanted to pay by card but she said we don't accept cards for 5p, so I didn?t got the bag.! Also the chicken I bought there had a wing removed.!

I was billed for the things I didn't purchase. I discovered this today only as I have been worried about the amount I have been charged for the minimal stuff I purchased.I am shocked by the audacity of the staff to have smartly scanned the bar code of things that were not on the til.All my friends go to the same shop, I have spread the news to be cautious because these people will never change.

I visited there on 31 December from Chelmsford and find many great products and offers. Unfortunately the sale lady didn?t allow me to purchase offer oil which was displayed at front because she said ?we display this oil but this offer start from tomorrow? What? Then why you display 1 day before and didn?t mention that this offer starts from tomorrow? Why I waste my time in queue? Just to know that product is on display for tomorrow?s offer. I requested here that I came from Chelmsford and I cannot come tomorrow to buy this. Even she already scan and the price was same. If that was from next day then why you scan and price shown is same?

Used to come here everyday, until one day I was gonna get one of their slushes but I had seen wasps physically crawling inside of the machine. Not only that most of the food and drink available is mouldy or out of date. I do NOT recommend this shop to anyone not even my worst enemy.
