“Went to the Dudley branch yesterday, my daughter had opened an account on line but something wasn't right. They found out what was wrong and sorted it out. Then Ivelina was brilliant. She helped my daughter to transfer her CTF over and then helped her to open a savings account. Nothing was to much trouble for her she was really helpful and friendly. All this was done without having to make an appointment either. Thank you so much.”

“Lloyds feels safe as one of the traditional banks, but has good online banking and an excellent app, plus the Club Lloyds account does give some genuine benefits to a straightforward current account. This bank is one of the best bank in the UK.”

“Staff friendly and helpful. Self distancing in place. There was a row of chairs in the centre of the waiting area facing each other. My wife who as breathing problems and gets short of breath sat on one of the chairs. She got told off for sitting down if they don't want people to sit while they are waiting to be served they should be removed. Went to a pharmacy and there were chairs for people who can't stand for to long. So why are the rules so different from establishment to another?”
