I was absolutely disgusted with your manager Ash this morning an old man had gone to the till and must have thought what he had brought was cheaper than it's was as I approached the till the manager was walking away shouting he should have read the SEL now I know what it is but how would an old man when he came back to the till he shouted the price on shelf to Nikki so the man decided he wanted a refund and again ash shouted to Nikki yes he can have a refund I am not going to lower the price when he didn't read the SEL it was disgusting behaviour and if he hasn't got time or patients to deal with the public then he should find a job else where it's people like this tjat make me shop else where he needs to sort his attitude out or find another job managers should lead by example

Lots of interested things to buy from but very confused as the prices are not the same as a it's all over the place some prices can be high and some prices can be a £1 that's what is a pound shop is about it should be just a pound

Overall good shop helpful to students at local colleges. Staff are understanding and polite. Some things are occasionally missing in boxes.

Poundland I remember when things were a £1 but the selection and quality is certainly more valuable than then. All in all whatever you need they probably have it. Wheelchair accessible ground floor with a spacious layout.
