i need to make it clear the 'customer service?' at Tesco is disgraceful. I have been rudely assulted verbally by the TESCO staff member on the self checkout. He blamed me for the machine not working and says it is my fault?? how can you blame a customer for YOUR machine not working?? how dare he speak to me such a way, and he also refused to give me his name, he was tall and had a beard and he did not have a badge on and he had a very aggrevise and i think boarderline racist please can tesco contact me

As I waited in the queue I witnessed probably the worst customer service I've seen for a while. Priority was given to the items that had obviously been ordered on an app and needed to be collected in 1hr. The girl refused to help 2 people as she was"busy"doing a priority order, the chap on the till refused to look to see if there was any duplicate stock out the back as the lady wanted to purchase duplicate items that weren't on the shelf saying "he was too busy to look". what ever happened to customer service in a shop?? There was a third member of staff I really don't see what their problem was. If it wasn't for the fact I was getting an old person's shopping I would have walked out. Won't be using again

With a lot of local elderly folk who depend on this store for there weekly/daily shop, WHY are basic items more expensive than at Tesco Extra? T-bags to ? food always cost more. Disgusting Tesco.

After I hobbled in tonight with my broken ankle I can't thank the staff enough. Neil with the Romany Gyspy light fluffy Mediterranean hair was quick to offer help by carrying my goods to the counter. Liam was a star in his own right by carrying my purchases to the waiting taxi. Cameron (the manager) supported his work colleagues to help aid me to the taxi with my goods. A big thank you!

just been in with my son and i was served by the shop manager name was shawn told me to pack my own shopping even a member of staff looked disgusted at him with his attitude hes not fit to manage a shop not even a smile shame on tesco for employing this low life

Very friendly staff , Lisa and Mark are an asset to the company, very polite. I very often shop there as its a convenient and friendly store to shop .

Very good shop, hygiene has some issues at times, as I saw an wasp on some bread once. But I?m sure that was a genuine mistake and one off. Seems very clean to me, nice staff, all good
