The service I received recently at the Halesowen branch was exceptional.Being a DIY novice I was unsure of which product to go for & I received great advice on which product would suit my needs from Bec.She was very knowledgeable, polite & friendly without once making me feel stupid which a well known competitor of yours did that same day. “We used this company this week when on the hunt for new door handles.Took away a brochure, picked out 2 we liked and although they never had them in stock they arranged for samples to come to the shop the next day. After a call to say they had arrived we went down and made our choice. When asked how quick they could get them they said the next day. True to their word we had a call the next morning to say they were there. Excellent service, friendly and helpful even on our small order. Thankyou.”
