Excellent service, always get good price and everything explained and done for me. Very friendly staff and very clean. They take their time with you and answer your questions and tell you everything they know about where you're going. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had looked at a holiday online and had a question regarding local taxes on the hotel so rang coop travel kingswinford to ask about it. Angela answered the phone in a very cheery voice and offered to find out how much the tax was on our chosen hotel and also said that they would match the price which we didn't know. She rang back with the answer to our query quickly and we decided to book at their kingswinford branch. Again she explained everything to us and our holiday is booked with complete piece of mind. Would definitely recommend going there.
