Nightmare!!! 80 mile round trip to collect a Christmas present only to be told on arrival that any 3rd party collector must have, or have emailed, a letter of authority from the intended recipient. Impressive depot and good service, a telephone operator emailed them to have my parcel ready so I was there for roughly 5 minutes ??
