Called Michael to deal with a pest problem on a site im working on quick response and had great banter its like we have known each other for years ? will definitely use again and highly recommended good genuine rates well worth it cheers bud

Initially came out to deal with a wasp nest, found two nests and treated both advising if there were any further issues to give them a call. One nest was successfully dealt with however the other persists. Despite repeated calls to Mike and numerous reassurances they would come back to deal with the issue, several failed appointments later I still have the problem. Disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.Service: Hornets or wasps

Great company had a nest in my roof called them for assistance, they were there in a hour. 40 mins later Job done. Excellent service ,excellent guy. Cost was cheap highly recommended. Cheers guys

100% recommend Black country Pest Control. Fitted me in straight away (Sunday) and resolved my issue (Wasps nest). Really nice guy, friendly and professional. Will definitely use again if needed.

Would 100% recommend Black Country Pest Control. After discovering a rat had found it's way into my house via a drain, my landlord called Michael and he arrived that afternoon to assess the situation. He checked all around the property to determine where the rat had got in and was spot on in his anaylsis. Michael then set about solving the problem for me. I honestly can't thank him enough. He has been back a number of times to check until we caught the rat and nothing is too much trouble. Michael is professional and efficient, very easy to talk to and made me feel at ease (as I was very uneasy about my unwanted guest!). Massive thanks to Michael and Black Country Pest Control, and if I ever need assistance again, then he would be the first person I would call. Keep up the good work.

I would 100% recommend this business, he came out on a Sunday as soon as we needed him, he managed to solve where the rat was coming in from and stopped our little problem from escalating. If I ever need anything like this again there is only one number that I will call.
