Called today after having a melt down trying to get a stuck oil filter off.Gave them a call and spoke to a man called Alan, he said he would take a look for me.Got down there, within 10 mins managed to get it off for me (i had been struggling for 3 days)Very professional, and lovely staff here, everyone was helpful and welcoming.Thank you again for doing such a great job, i will deffo be coming to you in the future.

I had a flat tyre and the only place I could get same day fitting was kwik fit Oldbury. I needed my car done as early as possible and the manager let me bring it in at 3pm rather than 4.30pm. Excellent service from him .Tyres arrived bang on 3pm, I was away before 4pm including having my tracking done.

Always impressed with the service here, had an order for tyres late Saturday to be fitted Sunday morning and Alan organised everything, such a pleasant bloke and did the job with a smile on his face, highly recommended and great praise to Alan.

Always received great service here and it's now my number one choice for servicing and MOT. I usually drop the car off in the morning but if you want to wait there's a good-sized waiting area, or you could pop into Oldbury (a short walk up the road) to grab food or a drink if you might be waiting a while. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.
