I went today with my aunty for her daughter?s vaccination appointment the nurse Kusum das is very very rude. She didn?t even know how talk with patient. I really want department should take any action and teach her how to talk with patient . Very poor customer service.

Went for a Covid vaccine jab in the walking chemist like the nhs app recommended, only to be told to come back tomorrow morning between 09.30 to 12.30, they didn?t really care ????The chemist and app should state this clearly. No walk in on afternoons.Two buses to get there and a wasted journey. Would not recommend this place for your vacation or flu jabs.

I needed to get a COVID fit to fly certificate and this pharmacy was a life saver! Moneeb and all his team couldn't do enough to make it happen. Considering most covid test centres have been closing down, their professionalism and flexibility was a huge breathe of fresh air. They eagerness to help me was amazing. I got what i needed in the allotted time that was promised at a great price. I would recommend Moneeb and his team when it comes to all things medical.

I have been going masters pharmacy for years all the staff give good service and are polite helpfull. The main regular pharmacist there is very efficient , attentive, helpfull and patient and has listening ears always sorts out my query with positive result. If run out of medication sometimes and they give me emergency supply on weekend visit too. I am also reminded that my prescriptions are ready r due for collection

First time using this pharmacy and I am very unimpressed. Having been referred from the GP surgery upstairs and the pharmacy receiving communication via email of this referral, my visit was a complete waste of time.I spoke to every member of staff present confirming my details and reason for my visit. I was looked at as if I was making it up just because they couldn't work out what was going on. They called the surgery upstairs to further investigate andI was told I can't be helped. I had called ahead to ensure my visit wasn't a complete waste of time and was advised to attend as normal. Albeit, my phonecall was briefly answered by a member of staff who stated it was their lunchtime and they answered because 'I was persistently calling'. I called and was placed in a queue and had slowly made my way to position one in the queue and patiently waited, I didn't repeatedly call! If it was made clear at the time of calling or even on Google services where I took your contact number from that my call is outside of business hours. I would have called again during business hours. To further add insult, having now visited my usual local pharmacy, I was strongly advised against the ill advice given from this Pharmacy!Communication needs to be had with the GP surgery upstairs about what services you provide, furthermore, someone at Masters Pharmacy needs to monitor their inbox. If the email regarding the referral was actually read before my visit, it would have been fairly obvious to you that you are not in a position to help. This information could and should have been relayed to the GP surgery upstairs who could have reverted that information back to me. Really can't reiterate how much of a complete waste of time this whole thing was and not to mention unavoidable! Having seen the young group of individuals that work there, I'd expect a better level of service. I don't require a response to this review as like you said there isn't anything you can do. People don't have time in their working day to waste or in this case it seems they do.

I always come to this pharmacy for mine and my daughter's prescriptions. The pharmacist is very helpful and can get things in the same day. Sometimes when my GP doesn't have appointments he provides good advice and medicines so I don't have to see the GP which is handy

I've been using the pharmacy for a few years and always find the staff to be very helpful but I must say the young male pharmacists with the glasses is a well mannered polite person always goes above and beyond to help me and always give me a great service when collecting and ordering my own medications and my daughters and my moms. If a item isn't In stock they go above and beyond to sunsure its in stock and delivered to them by the next morning which is always really appriacted! I'm glad I switched from my other pharmacy to this one as I cant fault them.Thank you

Appalling level of service in this pharmacy. 5 members of staff with only me waiting - after 10 mins of no acknowledgement or even eye contact I had to approach them.This Team need to be put on an intensive Customer Service course pronto.
