Good parking, shelves are well stocked and long opening hours. I have used the store for years and can honestly stay that the customer service is poor. Staff stand around gossiping about customers etc. Recently, there was a disabled shopper and staff were laughing at her. This was very upsetting to see. Most of the staff are generally rude in bebaviour and get annoyed if you ask for assistance. Tesco need to retrain their staff on customer services and employ a manager who can manager staff.

I just been to this Tesco again as I don't have any choice, as always every morning staff there are quite busy catching up and just pile the today?s expired products at the bottom right hand of the fresh produce fridge, no tags or reduced label, so you are paying for the same price with today?s expired products. Needs bit of good customer service is better, we are not asking for a big smile every time just, just friendly and welcoming feeling is enough. If you have time, just drive to big store in Wolverhampton road or in Capehill, vast items and way cheaper

Went to this tesco store today.I purchased some whole milk but needed to purchase some semi skimmed milk to but wasn't any in the chiller.so decided to pay for what I had in trolley on going to the self scan till.Noticed some semi skimmed milk by the store room.A sales assistant was standing by me so asked her saying there's no semi skimmed milk in the chiller. Before I could finish. She butted in saying we don't have any as not delivered yet.the milk was about 10 ft away from where she stood. My wife Noticed the milk said there is some semi skimmed milk right there. To which I replied leave it now.we paid for our item's put our shopping in the car.On bringing the trolley back saw same member of staff bringing the milk out for someone who asked for semi skimmed milk.on seeing me her face dropped obviously because she lied to me.So I asked her how come. Her reply its just been delivered. My reply was no it hasn't the reason I asked you before was because I had seen the milk but you said we haven't had a delivery.so I left.no apologies or nothing.

Really off putting when you?re in the queue and you?ve gotta listen to the guy who works there chewing on his gum, mouth open 100 mile an hour. Every shift he?s on it?s disgusting

They do not load the paper required for receipt in self checkout machines. Since I was making delivery, I needed to upload the shopping receipt to the system. I had a lot of trouble regarding this issue. When I said I needed a receipt, they said there was nothing they could do and they ran out of paper.

It's has great opening times, plenty of parking. Good choice of food. However the only big negative is the prices. They charge much more than the larger shop for a lot of there products . For the biggest supermarket in the UK, I would like to think in these difficult times to be helping its customers a bit more .

It's ok if you have a club card as everything is expensive now but this store is ok for quick items if you have ran out and saves going to asda but it's lovely store and staff are friendly aswell.

Popped in Sunday morning 8.30am to print off Evri Label and drop off parcel. Young girl who was in there was so helpful. Long dark hair. Sorry forgot to get yr name. She was a STAR. Not the nearest EVRI drop off to me. But I'll def use this shop for future. Well done. Fab customer service.

I've been shopping here regularly for years now & there's one thing I've noticed that I'm not happy with: The manager of this shop is a master scalper. Early on way before the crisis we're in they'd increase the standard price & put clubcard as the old price to make you think you're saving, but it's so much worse now. You could MAYBE put SOME down to inflation, but some decisions the manager's making are clearly tactical to get more money. Looks like Tesco are doing a little profiteering of their own. Brioche rolls were £1.15 for ages, I used to pick them up all the time, they're now £1.40. Onken yogurt was clubcard £1, went up to £1.70 standard & clubcard £1.35, & now they've removed the clubcard price entirely & marked it at £1.95. Goodfellas pizza I used to get was £3.65, it's jumped up to £4.60! (EDIT: The pizza is now up even more to £4.85!) They used to sell Pedigree dog tins for £5, they've stopped selling them & sell Tesco brand for £4.80. Dog treats were £1.15 with 2 for £2 clubcard, they've increased the price on some & removed clubcard price. Tesco brand pure juice bottle has flown up to £1.60. Ibuprofen has gone from 40p to 60p & funniest of all, I went there today & the bag of salad I get for my tortoise has gone from £1 straight up to £1.50. I refuse to believe inflation has hit salad this hard. Apart from the manager's prices, apparently they're only ever allowed one staff member on tills & they're stacking shelves 24/7. Used to be a respectable shop, but the manager is choking it for everything it has.
