Been trying for a month to sign into medica its a waste of time just can't get through, I'm suffering with a chest infection & can't get in touch to get antibiotics, so frustrating .I sui will have to go hospital which I didn't want to do. Thanks for nothing

We recently had an appointment with Dimitri, the MSK Practitioner , as my mother?s back paying up for years and recently flared up! The attention we received has been amazing. His assessment was thorough and gave me the opportunity to answer all the questions we had. I'm delighted with this new service.

Went on anima Wednesday to get appointment for ear infection (which had started my vertigo off). Said you will hear in a few working days. Heard today appointment for next Wednesday. Cancelled . Cant wait that long for antibiotics Ridiculous

It is very hard to see a Dr at the Surgery I registered at and even harder to access this Regis medical centre as well. Since the covid I've not been able to see my doctor. It's either the receptionist is saying appointments are on the day of calling or go to Anima which never works. Please could this Surgery change the way bookings are done. It is a sorry state if I have to wait on the phone for 1 hour to talk to someone on the other end of the phone. Thank you

Only giving one star as impossible to give non Lyndon practice not fit for purpose. Lie to patients, do not comply with GDPR.Please always request copy of appointment notes as they LIE to cover their own backs, DRs treat practice budget as if it their own money. I only got any referrals for diagnosis when i saw a locum. Near Impossible to get appointments, STEER WELL CLEAR

I can honestly say their booking system is absolutely atrocious..I work full time 9-5 with a long commute. Its almost impossible for me to get an appointment. I recently had an appointment for my son and was promised some eczema cream (hes been prescribed before but not on repeat), it never got put through to pharmacy. Now they are saying I need a whole new appointment! Incompetent!!

The surgery Anima App is a shambles. When Im ill I now go to A&E and wait 6 hours. I work full time and can never get an appointment. I had to get to the surgery at 7.30 to get a place for a Drs call but instead I waited several days and received a message. Iv made several complaints and received an automated message. The managers should be ashamed. Iv now taken it to my local councillor.

Need to fix your reception staff.Never met such rude people in my life.There's no way your getting an appointment at this place. Good luck if you still want to try using their ridiculous online system.Find another practice is my honest advice- I have and it's so much easier to be seen by a GP. Wish I'd have switched sooner.

If I could give zero stars I would.Rang 8 am, number 20 in the queue,call got disconnected rang back number 54 in the queue finally get to speak to a receptionist, no appointments left, this happens all the time, you are then told to go to walk in center, you have no transport and all you want is a prescription from the surgery.This surgery needs investigating by the NHS as well below standards

Very poor service overall.Online system to request medicines, appointments etc not fit for purpose and if employed near impossible to get online after 8am.When or if you do, the surgery staff fail to read messages and comprehend.Overall terrible.
