Not very pleased with Popular Carpets service, we have lived in Rubery for 40 years and always had Popular, My parents room requires a bit of a re-stretch, which they came out 5 years ago to do (Carpet is approx 10 years old) but maintained brilliantly. Really lovely shop. Friendly and helpful staff. I believe fitters are employed by poplar rather than contractors and they are far better, more polite and efficient than other carpet shops I have used.
