Messaged the day before and the morning of to confirm arrival (during their regular business hours)Arrived on time to a closed store with a cardboard sign that read ?popped out? with a phone number.Called the number which went straight to answerphone. Left a message, texted and messaged on eBay. Waited for an hour, still no sign of anyone nor reply. What more can be done.

Great find. Brought three lots of carpet tiles all great quality and price. Advice is to phone or visit as they usually have far bigger range than shown on website.They always chuck in a few for free for us amateur fitters!

Just popped in as I wanted check the quality between different grades in person, had a good variety available, very friendly service and reasonable prices. Got what I needed at a price I could afford, helped me load into my car. Nice and quick just what I needed.And the bonus was meeting such a lovable dog, that they did offer to put away if I didn't like dogs, but she was friendly and adorable.

Bought carpet tiles through the web site. Phoned to arrange collection and was told they wouldn't be ready until the following week. Phoned the following week to arrange collection only to be told that they didn't have my tiles and they had been put on the website by accident!!! Still waiting for a refund.

Great place to go if you need cheap carpet tiles. Vast selection of different grades and colours. We had new tiles that look fabulous when fitted. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.Cheers guys.

Never bought from this company before so it was a huge risk for us. Being so far from the warehouse meant the tiles had to be as described as it would have cost a fortune to return them. But we needn't have worried as they were in great condition and looked even better than they did on website. The total price was fantastic and the delivery was right on time as promised. The driver had a mishap with the tile bundles breaking apart in transit and offered the option of refusal, but no tiles were harmed thankfully so it was unnecessary. The only downside for us is there were no proper updates or legible useful tracking info and the hub had to ring Cust Svc a couple times to get more precise info about delivery. Yes we would buy again and recommend Used Carpet Tiles to others as well.
