Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the receptionist Kerry B who does everything with a smile, from welcoming guests to trying her upmost to helping everyone with their enquiries! After a busy day trying to cram everything, it means a lot to have someone so pleasant!

Booked 7 rooms on a 2 night stay for an exhibition at the NEC. My room was missed by the housekeeper for a clean so not impressed when I arrived back after a long day and the room was untouched. We booked this hotel for our staff who had work in a nearby location. Jess looked after our booking and she was very helpful and responsive. Jess went on leave and we found the response times from her colleagues to be less professional and efficient. The hotel was clean, the food was good and overall our team was very happy.... read full comment
